Cornelia Nieuwenhuys 2014/15

Cornelia was appointed as an intern at the SAEON Egagasini node, in April 2014 and is working on archiving data for the SADCO database. She is also in the process of completing her M-tech in Oceanography through CPUT. Her thesis title is, “The ocean circulation in the northern KwaZulu-Natal Bight based on measurements from ship ADCP surveys, moored ADCP’s and surface satellite-tracked drifters.” and she is hoping to hand in by the end of the year, beginning next year.
